We complete property walk-through and provide written report to the seller and/or realtor within 48 hours. The plan includes instructions on how to update the space and appeal to the maximum number of buyers, for a profitable sale. Many times these consultations are using the sellers existing furniture and art, with recommendations from us on how to make the home shine. Vacant Home Staging

Our team develops a design plan for each room and overall feel within the home. We provide furniture and decorate each room, and provide a clear cohesive feel for the space. Since we own the furniture, we are able to offer month by month rental plans, with a minimum of one–month per project. We also offer FREE ESTIMATES FOR VACANTS!
